The main lodge and seven individual guest cabins at Poronui Ranch have evolved from what was once a rustic fishing camp into luxurious world class accommodation.

The sun is particuarly bright this far south, so a wide brimmed hat is recommended. Sunblock of factor 15 should always be worn on the face and hands - even under cloudy conditions. Polaroid sunglasses in an amber or brown tint are essential for seeing fish in the streams.
