New Zealand Sports Academy has developed a programme that invites overseas players and coaches to receive rugby tuition, skill development training and live rugby games in a Maori focused environment.

During your stay in Rotorua (population 70,000), guests will train with and play live games against 28 young Maori academy students who will also perform a traditional powhiri (or welcome), authentic hangi (or earth oven) waiata & haka (song & war dance) and real Maori manaakitanga! (hospitality).

The New Zealand Sports Academy's 'Team' Rugby Programme offers the only professional, cross-cultural and fully integrated rugby development experience of its kind in the world.
