Fly Fish Mataura's owner is a member of the NZPFGA, and he will guide you as you fish some of the best brown trout water in New Zealand.
Not only can the proprietor show you great fishing on the Mataura River, but he is also able to guide you through many other rivers and streams less than an hours drive from Gore.
The Mataura River offers the best 'match the hatch' fishing in New Zealand. If you like a challenge the Mataura won't disappoint you.
All fishing equipment can be provided if required. This includes local flies, or if you wish to bring or tie your own, e-mail the owner for suitable patterns or sizes.
