Set in a rural setting 1 kilometre from Tauranga centre, Welcome Bay Hot Pools & Campground is a small family holiday park boasting peace and quiet away from the hustle of city life.
Welcome Bay Hot Pools & Campground is rural with a bush outlook and abundant birdlife consisting of 25 powered sites, a cabin which sleeps five and a bunkroom, which sleeps six.
The camp facilities include kitchen, laundry, BBQs and showers and toilets. Picnic and BBQ facilities available at the hot, thermal, mineral pools.

- THe campsite has two public pools, a large pool with a shallow area suitable for young children to swim in and adults to relax in, or a smaller hotter pool more suited to adult relaxation. There is also a picnic and BBQ area available for pool patrons.

- Tariffs include use of the thermal hot mineral pools during opening hours of 10am-9pm.
