Taste Canterbury offers personalised full and half-day escorted tours for lovers of good food and wine. Visit Canterbury's finest wine and food producers escorted by New Zealand's award-winning food writer Mavis Airey, where you will watch the makers at work, taste their products and take some home.

Sample farmhouse cheese, award-winning wine, salmon, eel, honey, mead, nut products and handmade chocolates as you discover the city and Canterbury plains, Waipara wine district, Akaroa and the Banks Peninsula.
