Carrington

On the semi-tropical peninsula of Karikari, Whangarei, the 18 hole Carrington Golf Course is world class; designed by Matt Dye. Despite it's coastal position, the course has been successfully designed to reflect a rolling country course.

Carrington Golf Course is situated on the Carrington Farms Estate, a 3000 acre ecologically planned porperty of secluded virgin beaches and restored natural wetlands. The ar 72 course utilises the slopes and contours of the land to include everything from rolling vales to challenging water hole's.The course is USGA tournament quality, and has several sets of tees to allow a challenging game or a pleasant round of golf for all levels of player.

Carrington has a good range of onsite facilities around the golf course; practice greens, heated pool, spa overlooking the ocean and tennis courts. There's also an award winning restaurant and members lounge. Pick up some golf clubs and gear at the pro-shop, or have some hire gear fitted at the hire shop.
