Fish for Miles is a long established Charter business operating from Lake Taupo boat harbour.

"Crissarda" is a modern launch catering for groups of up to 18 people. Whether its trout fishing, viewing the sights of lake Taupo or just relaxing on the lake, the tour operators can provide for your every need.

Lake Taupo offers a host of fishing and cruising options. Take in a cruise to the remote western bays, perhaps a beach barbeque or overnight accommodation in a quiet sheltered anchorage.

Further Information: There is a licensed bar service on board with a limited but very balanced beer and wine list. A tremendous range of food is provided by way of ordering in advance. You have the choice of providing your own nibbles with BYO refreshments but otherwise the company provide the whole range
Getting There: From the South: Simply drive along the Taupo lakefront with the lake on your left (towards downtown) and when the main road goes hard right, then you turn off to the left (almost dead ahead) into Ferry road and head for berth 5 amongst all the larger charter boats right in front of the Launchmen's booking office. From the North: Simply drive down the steep hill just into Taupo, over the narrow control gates bridge, round a couple of bends (only 150 metres) and turn right (before the Spa road roundabout) into Redoubt Street which takes you direct to the boat.
