Waitangi Golf Club (Inc)

Enjoy a pleasant round of golf while taking in the coastal views of the Bay of Islands from the Waitangi Golf Club. The 18 hole course is open to guests and members, with special group days offering a fun chance to meet other players.

The Waitangi Golf Course sits on the Waitangi Peninsula, on land leased from the Waitangi National Trust. The course is constantly evolving to provide new challenges to regular players, and features well groomed greens and fairways.

The par 71 course is a sanctuary for native birds, which can be heard chattering away in the flowering native trees. See colourful rosella parrots, wood pigeons, Tui's and quails, or stop for a rest and a look out over Russell and the Bay of Islands.

Onsite at the Waitangi Golf Course is a club house and Alex Bonnington's pro shop, where you can find everything from balls to clothing and shoes.
