The Hokitika Craft Gallery Cooperative is a collection of artists' works producing crafts in glass, pottery, wood (turning woodware and furniture), wool, silk, paintings, stone, bone, jade, leather and shell. The Gallery is modern and spacious and is an ideal environment for Arts and Crafts. A member is on duty each day at the Gallery to help with your selections.

The Hokitika Craft Gallery Cooperative has also published a promotional book about their artists titled 'Hokitika Handmade', which shows the unique nature of both the crafts people's work and their environment, and the relationship developed between the two.

Commissions: Some of the artists presented on our site have indicated that they take on commission work. These artists all have national, and in some cases international, reputations for excellence and have exhibited by invitation in major shows. Many have works held in public collections.
