Mt Pisa Station is a 4691ha sheep and cattle farm near Cromwell. The property has been in the family since 1924, when the much larger run was subdivided and sold to soldiers returned from the First World War. The historic homestead was built in 1865 from stone quarried from above the building site.

Nestled in the heart of historic Mt Pisa Station, Mackies farm cottage is the perfect base for your visit to Central Otago. Mackies Cottage sleeps 5, 1 Double bed, 3 Singles.

Guided tours available, picnic lunches supplied on request or you can take your own vehicle and be independent.

Things to do: Experience Station Life by mountain bike riding the many trails and tracks or by simply walking the endless kilometres of this spectacular country. There is also the opportunity to use your 4WD.

Recommended by a friend and exceeded all expectations. Friendly owners, clean air, huge country. Parked caravan by shearers' quarters and had run of the station. Rabbit shooters are welcome at Mt Pisa and we nailed a lot of them ... Read More
