Rock 'n' River Rafting offer white-water kayaking for novices to experienced rafters.

Forgiving, sit on top kayaks allow adventure seekers the challenge of fun and a playful introduction to white-water, accompanied by experienced Rock 'n' River guides. Allow 3.5 hours for this round trip on the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Tongariro River.

The company also offer lake and stream self guided trips at $40 per person for a half day. Follow the spring fed trout laden Tokaanu Stream as it meanders past hot pools and boiling mud, or explore the wetlands of the Tongariro River Delta. Relax, fish, picnic and swim at secluded beaches within Tokaanu Bay.
