Fernz Eco Tours offer a range of specialised group tours, tailored to suit your preferences. Emphasis is on small personalised tours, generally up to a maximum of six persons per vehicle. However, tours can be modified to cater for larger groups - please enquire.
Fernz Eco's most popular tour is the 'Coast & Kauri Tour - A Taste of Russell Past and Present', which runs 364 days a year. This half day tour includes a historical tour of Russell, oyster farm tour and tasting, a short bush walk through natural Kauri forest and views of stunning coastal scenery and beaches. You may choose to complete the full day eco tour with a visit to Kawiti glow worm caves.
No matter what the season, this special area of Northland, is spectacular. Fernz Eco Tours offer more than ordinary sightseeing trips because they are happy to stop anywhere along the way to allow you to discover or explore at your own pace.
