We offer group classes and specialize in Yoga Therapy, One-on-One Teaching that gives You YOUR YOGA PRACTICE.
With Yoga Therapy are given a Yoga Practice that begins where you are now, with a specific focus on a particular direction / goal. That direction / goal will be chosen by You during discussion with your Teacher. As you change, so will your practice. You will work with your Teacher to modify and learn YOUR YOGA PRACTICE with deep understanding.
