Discover Goat Island runs guided tours at Goat Island Marine Reserve for groups; both snorkelling tours and rocky shore tours.
The marine reserve offers excellent snorkelling and diving with snapper, blue maomao, parore, red moki and eagle rays commonly seen close to the beach.
Guided snorkel tours take from 30-60 minutes depending on water temperature, time available and students' abilities.
