We were particularly impressed by the high quality level of the professionally renovated building and all the amenities offered: everything we needed was in place and ready to use - be it telephone, internet, TV, kitchen, laundry and even the very helpful guide book. What we appreciated even more was the warm hospitality and the availability of Kim - she helped us find other accomodation for the period when Kowhai Villa was not available, and during our stay she was always available to answer to our questions and queries.
