Located on the corner of Fenton and Amohau Streets, this particular 'Golden Arches' has one of the most unusual decors in the world.

Adorned with magnificent Maori carvings and mythological creatures, the restaurant is a reflection of the uniqueness of Rotorua and Maoridom.

Rotorua franchisee Rob Parry said, "We had a unique opportunity in Rotorua to refurbish the restaurant, improve the dining experience and also introduce another layer of cultural heritage into the restaurant."

These impressive carvings were carefully blessed and given a Powhiri before being unveiled for the first time.
