Hawke's Bay Airport

Hawke's Bay Airport is situated on State Highway 2 at Westshore, Napier approximately 10 minutes from the Napier CBD and 20 minutes from Hastings. It is Hawkes Bay's main commercial airport serving domestic flights to the main centres in New Zealand.

Air New Zealand provides frequent daily direct services, using modern turbo-prop aircraft, to Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with connections for other centres and international destinations, while Sunair has services to Gisborne, Tauranga and Hamilton. Air Napier operates scheduled freight services between Paraparaumu, Palmerston North, Napier, Wairoa and Gisborne, with limited seats available for passengers.

Napier Airport is relatively small but has a modern terminal providing a seating area, cafe and gift shop, car rental facilities, and two check-in counters. Both long term and secured car parking is provided close to the Terminal.
