Chef de cuisine Jonno Rogers' exciting career includes working under the tutelage of renowned chefs Melissa Craig (Canada) and Rex Morgan (New Zealand) and at Alain Ducasse's restaurant The Mix in Las Vegas.

Inspire's vast wine list includes local Otago vineyards, as well as New Zealand, Australian, French and Italian wines.
