The Pencil Gallery is Gisborne's only established art dealer. Pencil Gallery is committed to promoting contemporary New Zealand art and currently represents a number of established New Zealand artists.

As well as representing local and New Zealand artists, The Pencil Gallery often hosts touring exhibitions of contemporary, Maori and investment art.
