The Fish & Chip Shop brings a touch of New Zealand 1960s kitsch to Sol Square. Like stepping back in time into a baby-boomers lounge room, The Fish & Chip Shop is adorned with mismatched sofas, garish wallpaper, patterned carpet, plaid lampshades, and all manner of 1960s décor.
With a menu that is distinctly "New Zulland", dishes include cheerios, chip butty's, scotch eggs and meatloaf. There are also a fine selection of tap beers, wines and spirits available - with smoking balconies available on the second floor.
