Lumberjack Bar & Cafe

The Lumberjack Bar & Cafe is well known venue situated in Owaka within walking distance of all local accommodation and easy reach of the activities the area has to offer. The Lumberjack Bar & Cafe is a great place to relax after a full day, sit beside the large open fire on a chilly night.

Renowned for it's good food and atmosphere it is not unusual to find New Zealanders from both Invercargill and Dunedin willing to make the drive down to Owaka on a Saturday evening.

With seating for 65 guests, the restaurant has wonderfull wooden tables and chairs and features a sawmilling theme based upon the many sawmills present in the Catlins area during the 1900's.
