We aim to provide a sacred space, allowing practitioners to connect spirit, mind & body. In alignment with breath & body connection, The Yoga Room is dedicated to offering the community many different teaching traditions and sharing our knowledge as best as we can. The path of yoga is vast and beautiful and we are honoured to be part of it.

Beginners courses introduce you safely and thoroughly to the practices of yoga through pranayama, asana, meditation and relaxation. Beginners yoga will help you create balance, flexibility, health and peacefulness. Ideal for those new to yoga.

Classical style yoga focuses on restoring the Natural State, this is where we are in balance, naturally. With focus on energy flow, alignment and pratyahara we are able to merge the polarities within. Through the synergy of breath, body and mind comes balance, strength and flexibility.

Iyengar style yoga focuses on anatomical alignment using strength, stamina and flexibility. Iyengar style works to lengthen and stretch muscles while calming & centering the mind. Props are used to facilitate and deepen poses.
