Lake Rotoroa sits in the midst of what might truly be described as one of the ultimate locations in the world, situated 1 hour 30 minutes from Nelson or Blenheim, 5 hours from Christchurch, and 2 hours from Westport.

Far from the maddening crowd, this isolated and unspoiled location is surrounded by the forests of the Nelson Lakes National Park.

The lake has introduced trout, which attract recreational fishermen.
